  1. Hello Becca,

    feedback as follows:

    RECORDING/DOCUMENTATION

+ Photographic documentation is really thorough and strong. Nice shots in the laser cutting post in particular

+ Recent session on what/why is clearly typed up in a readable manner

    - You need to complete final 5x boards to show your side of the collab. Also where are your final product shots?

    - Some of your photography needs to improve in terms of the quality, just spend a few minutes settings up a nice product shot scene and you'll be sorted.

    LEVEL OF ANALYSIS

+ Documentation of existing products in relation to your own design practice is very thorough of your design context blog (needs written analysis however).

    - As mentioned, many posts don't have analysis on them; this includes design practice blog im afraid!

    - Module evaluation not complete.

    - Your contextual research in our opinion is not diverse enough. Don't be afraid to look outwards more.

    ORGANISATION OF MATERIAL

+ Well organised in terms of your progression; initial ideas up until final(ish) product.

    - Perhaps document major turning points more clearly.

    ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

You've written things that you would like to do yourself as a designer but your context blog doesn't appear to reflect upon this. It seems as if you are researching stuff because you HAVE to and not because you WANT/LIKE to.

Overall, just bring in influences that you like... no matter how loosely they may tie in. Everything will have relevant elements.

This aside, all good: just keep your blogging skils more consistent and up to date!

    Hine, Hitchen and Apprentice. x
